Job description
Ideal Candidate
- Higher education (preferably technical – engineering/IT or economics)
- Experience of 1–3 years in domains such as operational support, financial or IT
- Knowledge of the English language – medium level
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (medium–advanced level)
- Logical and analytical thinking, oriented towards problem-solving
- Ability to understand systems and operational flows
- Attention to details and ability to work efficiently in real-time
- Good organizational and prioritization skills
- Autonomy in managing operational incidents (troubleshooting)
- Availability for flexible programming, including afternoons
- High flexibility for covering extended working hours
Job Description
- Application of procedures for client knowledge (KYC) and compliance with regulations for preventing money laundering
- Verification and monitoring of transactions and client accounts, with identification and reporting of risks
- Processing of operations and orders in internal and external trading platforms
- Administration and updating of client data in internal systems
- Providing operational and technical support to clients and internal teams
- Analysis of data and reporting to management and authorities
- Interdepartmental collaboration for optimizing processes and resolving incidents
