Do you have a passion for technology and enjoy variety? As an operationeel projectleider, you will manage various projects from A to Z and stay close to the practice on the shop floor.

What will you do?

• You will ensure together with your colleague project leaders that support is provided to internal and external technicians for small and medium-sized projects. The support is both for preventive, curative maintenance as well as new projects.
• From concept and budget planning to realization and aftercare: you will keep track of the timing, scope, and budgets of your assigned projects. These projects can vary from HVAC systems to sanitary installations and large-scale maintenance projects.
• You will set up smaller project files (e.g., around HVAC and sanitation) independently. For larger files, you will work together with external partners.
• You will work closely with internal colleagues such as project leaders for technology and construction, technicians, and department heads from various services. Externally, you will have regular meetings with contractors.
• You will actively listen to the needs of internal customers and translate these into creative, innovative, and tailored solutions. With your expertise, you will succeed in converting program requirements into practical and innovative technical designs.
• You will develop and update procedures, work methods, and guidelines related to the maintenance and repair of technical equipment.
• You will ensure necessary technical training and create technical instructions.
• You will report directly to the director of infrastructure and facility services.

What do you have to offer?

• You possess a master's degree in industrial engineering or bachelor's degree, preferably in the direction of electromechanics or electricity.
• You can look back on several years of relevant work experience or are willing to quickly get started in this role.
• You have broad knowledge and interest in various aspects of technology (HVAC, sanitation, heat pumps, etc.).
• PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE OF SOFTWARE PACKAGES (SUCH AS AUTO CAD 2D AND MS PROJECT) IS A PLUS.
• You are analytically inclined and possess a strong 'helicopter view'. You monitor the main lines while keeping an eye on details.
• With your flexibility and sense of responsibility, you ensure that priority tasks are completed on time. You put in maximum effort to achieve goals.
• You are customer-oriented. Moreover, you know how to adjust your communication style to your conversation partners, whether it's technical colleagues, department heads or external partners.
• Furthermore, self-reliance, result-orientation, and dynamism characterize your approach.
