Operationeel Omgevingsmanagement Wegen

For Waterschap Hollandse Delta, we are looking for an Operationeel Omgevingsmanagement Wegen. You will support the operational team roads of the waterboard in structured execution of planned activities within the road program. The team falls under the department Maintenance and Management.

Because the task for the next two years is large, extra support is requested to perform work project-based. You will provide this support on the field of operational environmental management within the operational team roads. You will work together with, among others, a tactical environmental manager and traffic experts.

Your assignment consists of performing operational environmental management related to the maintenance task of the waterboard.

Your tasks

• You maintain customer contacts of diverse nature (notifications, complaints, coordination) in all phases of the project: management, planning, preparation, execution and completion;
• You coordinate (planned) work with other stakeholders, such as other road managers, utility companies, regional partners and residents;
• You find a balance between the maintenance task of the waterboard and the interests of the environment, where you come to well-reasoned solutions without losing sight of the task;
• You perform stakeholder analyses.

You will partially work hybrid. It is expected that you will be present for scope discussions and progress meetings.
