Operational Manager - Fastfood

As an Operational Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and leading a team of approximately 50 employees. Your tasks include:

• BUILDING A TEAM;
• OPTIMIZING SALES AND PROFIT;
• Maintaining OVERVIEW OF BOTH OPERATIONAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSES WITHIN THE RESTAURANT;
• ANALYZING KPIs AND PROACTIVELY RESPONDING TO SET GOALS;
• PROCESSING ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS SUCH AS SALES REPORTING, INVENTORY MANAGEMENT, TIME RECORDING, SALARY ADMINISTRATION, AND CASH CONTROL;
• ENSURING OPTIMAL SERVICE QUALITY.

To be successful in this role, you possess the following qualifications:

• MBO+ education level;
• Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
• Management experience in the hospitality/catering/retail industry.
• A hands-on mentality and result-oriented;
• Skilful in coaching and training employees;
• Flexible, representative, and proactive;
• In possession of own transportation.

For the Operational Manager position for a well-known fastfood chain, an indicative salary has been given around €3,500,- gross per month based on a full-time employment contract.
