Operational Quality Manager (Pest Control) - Paraná

Our services include: Pest Control, Hygiene Services, Plants, Aromatization and Artwork, Specialized Hygiene and Vector Monitoring of the Aedes Aegypti.

Activities:

• Assume and exercise leadership over the process under your responsibility, ensuring compliance with the organization's objectives;
• Establish, understand, and update periodically the requirements, methodologies, needs, and expectations of clients and stakeholders to ensure the structuring and offering of a portfolio of products and services that contributes to the growth, positioning, and sustainability of the organization;
• Ensure correct programming and execution of visits for evaluation by auditors;
• Design and maintain methods for analyzing insect samples received from clients;
• Achieve timely delivery and quality of reports made by auditors, ensuring that what is promised in contracts is fulfilled;
• Maintain absolute secrecy about company information, clients, and other stakeholders to whom you have access;
• Conduct and ensure timely attendance of service news, requests, complaints, and returns (PQR's) from external and internal clients;
• Achieve timely execution of technical talks given to clients;
• Achieve and advise auditors in building action plans that effectively respond to client needs;
• Manage process indicators responsible for your area;
• Train, monitor, and develop your team to achieve their growth;
• Execute the performance evaluation process defined by the corporation (PDR);
• Define and ensure execution of strategies to maintain a good organizational climate in your area (Your Voice Counts);
• Perform other duties inherent to the position;
• Achieve timely attendance when needed, acting as a substitute for the Quality Manager.

Requirements:

• Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Business Administration, Health and Safety at Work, Economics, and related fields.
• Knowledge of the company's Integrated Management System (certified standards) certification desired as: Internal Auditor and/or Leader Auditor
• Desejable experience in companies in the pest control or service provision segment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Availability for travel, will act in the Center-South region (Guarapuava) and West of PR (Cascavel/Foz do Iguaçu).
