Operational Manager

My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Operational Manager on a Contract basis.

My client are looking for a Operational Manager on an interim basis to lead and oversee a busy frontline service. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations, including staff supervision, performance monitoring, service delivery, and effective resource management.

What's on offer:

• Salary: £300 per day, Inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience

The Successful candidate will have:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

• Substantial proven experience of managing a team within a local authority/community safety environment.
• Experience in leading, developing, and motivating teams and individuals to achieve key Council and partnership priorities.
• Experience of partnership working and understanding the relevant skills and approaches needed to maintain strong relationships to ensure effective service delivery.
• Building collaborative relationships - Works and engages constructively with key stakeholders.
• Local Authority experience is essential
