Operational Manager
Job description
As Operational Manager of Isopearls, you will be part of the steering committee of our organization and are jointly responsible for realizing our ambitious strategy. This includes:
- Leading daily management: Coordinating production, inventory management, and logistics to ensure that our customers receive timely and correct service. Additionally, overseeing invoicing and customer relationships.
- Process optimization and financial monitoring: Analyzing and improving operational processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost control. You will be responsible for the optimal overall operation of the organization and closely monitor financial and strategic progress.
- People Manager: Leading, coaching, and developing a motivated team of operational employees.
- Quality and safety standards: Maintaining the highest standards in terms of quality and safety in all operational processes. You will also have an eye for sustainability.
