OPERATIONAL LEADER - Santos/SP

Supervises work performed by the operations team, managing employees, controlling their activities and main operational indicators, providing support and preparing reports and operational procedures, among other activities.

· Controls and defines the activities of field teams: analysts, assistants, technicians, and auxiliaries;

· Responds for the sector and field activities, subordinate to the Operations Coordinator;

· Manages the calendar of field teams;

· Provides remote support to operations during data quality evaluation;

· Conducts contact with manufacturer for detailed investigation of problems;

· Performs training and technical assistance to teams in field activities, laboratory tests, and workshop (planning, mobilization, testing equipment, making structures and accessories, etc.)

· Supervises technical visits;

· Aligns outsourced team in the field (EPI, diving team, boat);

· Conducts alignment meetings with coordination for project evaluation and follow-up of company projects;

· Performs training and recertification of field teams: analysts, assistants, technicians, and auxiliaries;

· Creates documentation and prepares improvements to the company's Operational Procedures;

· Provides support to the team in configuring equipment and sensors;

· Conducts basic communication and customer service for technical and operational matters;

· Communicates daily with other departments, internal suppliers of the company.
