You are enthusiastic about the future of production and logistics, recognize the potential of new technologies early on, and use them purposefully to make processes more intelligent, efficient, and sustainable.
Your Role
You will lead national and international optimization & transformation projects based on Lean principles.
You will analyze value streams, production, and logistics processes, and develop innovative and data-based solutions for sustainable increases in efficiency, quality, and productivity.
You will design and moderate workshops, training sessions, and coaching for employees, managers, and experts at all hierarchical levels.
You will enable local Lean multipliers, teams, and managers to successfully use modern methods and digital tools in their daily work.
You will be responsible for the implementation of global Lean projects and behavioral coaching programs for managers.
You will conduct assessments at the international sites of the Ivoclar Group.
You will independently create roadmaps, project approaches, workshop concepts, and define guidelines or standards in collaboration with the global Lean team.
You will identify potentials for the use of modern technologies and data-driven work methods along the entire value chain.
Your Profile
A completed university degree, ideally in industrial engineering, production, logistics, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification.
Experience in optimizing production, logistics, or value creation processes in an industrial environment.
In-depth knowledge of Lean, project management, and change or transformation management.
High affinity for digital technologies, artificial intelligence, and automation.
Experience in using modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or comparable solutions) to increase efficiency in daily work.
Very good skills in visualizing ideas and processes (PowerPoint, Miro, Figma, Bicálbo/Bikablo, Sketchnoting, or comparable methods).
Hands-on mentality with high implementation speed and enjoyment in pragmatically trying out new solutions.
A strong consulting personality with very good communication and analytical skills.
Fluent German and English, spoken and written - further foreign languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.
