Job description

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by mentoring and motivating team members to pursue excellence in their operational roles.

Coordinate the deployment of Forvia Excellence System (Forvia ES) and implement the fundamentals of "Production System" and "Plant Management".

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities.

Leading continuous improvement workshops : Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, TPM;

Time studies using MTM UAS, setup time recording;

Factory and line layout re/design in accordance with lean manufacturing principles: continuous material flow, U shape lines, short lead time, WIP determination;

Line layout design based on takt time, balancing and ergonomy ;

Perform different types of training in the plant (Forvia ES, SAP, Ind. Eng. Topics, 5S);

Involvement in new projects from quotation phase applying Ind. Eng. methods in order to support product calculation.
