VACANCY FOR OPERATIONAL ATTENDANT – M BOSSOLANI GUINCHO.

We are looking for an Operational Attendant to join our team and ensure that our clients receive fast, efficient and humanized service when they need it most.

Responsibilities:

Phone and WhatsApp attendance for emergency situations.
Precise registration of information and activation of the tow truck team.
Follow-up on operations and return to the client.
Support for drivers and call control.

Requirements:

Completed high school education.
Good communication and agility in attendance.
Knowledge of Internet and Microsoft 360.
Basic knowledge of map applications (Google Maps, Waze).
Availability to work on a scale (including weekends and holidays).

Differentials:

Experience with attendance in tow truck companies, insurance or 24-hour assistance.
Knowledge of the Sorocaba region and nearby cities.

Work location: Sorocaba/SP.

Type of vacancy: CLT | On-site | Shift schedule 12x36 - Night shift from 18h to 06h.
