Operation Team Lead- Hyderabad

• Lead and manage a team of Project Managers and Site Supervisors. • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional growth • Oversee the end-to-end execution of residential interior design projects. • Collaborate with the design team, warehouse, sourcing, and production teams to ensure seamless project flow. • Conduct regular project reviews to identify and address any issues or delays. Coordination and Communication: • Foster effective communication and collaboration between different teams involved in the project life cycle. • Proactively identify potential delays and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines. • Ensure adherence to quality standards in project execution. • Prioritize and enhance the overall customer experience throughout the project life cycle. • Address customer concerns promptly and implement improvements based on feedback. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the residential interior design or construction industry. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of interior design processes.
