Operation Master Data Lead (f/m/x) Miejsce pracy: Białystok Your responsibilities Define and implement the global Target Operating Model (TOM) for Manufacturing, QA/QC, and Supply Chain Develop and maintain the global Master Data (MD) strategy and governance framework with ensuring integrity across MES, WMS, LIMS, ERP, and OT systems Harmonize operational processes across all sites to support the standardized deployment of digital platforms Establish global standards, ownership models, and governance structures for Manufacturing, QA/QC, and Supply Chain Ensure seamless integration of Master Data across all systems and applications Develop and maintain a comprehensive Master Data catalog with clear definitions, data quality metrics, and data lineage tracking Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize Master Data requirements and develop solutions to address them Drive the adoption of standardized Master Data practices and processes across the organization Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for Master Data management Develop and maintain a comprehensive Master Data governance framework, including roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes Provide training and support to stakeholders on Master Data best practices and tools
