Operation Master Data Lead (f/m/x) Miejsce pracy: Lublin Your responsibilities Define and implement the global Target Operating Model (TOM) for Manufacturing, QA/QC, and Supply Chain Develop and maintain the global Master Data (MD) strategy and governance framework with ensuring integrity across MES, WMS, LIMS, ERP, and OT systems Harmonize operational processes across all sites to support the standardized deployment of digital platforms Establish global standards, ownership models, and governance frameworks for Manufacturing, QA/QC, and Supply Chain Ensure seamless integration of Master Data across all systems Develop and maintain a comprehensive Master Data catalog with clear definitions, data quality rules, and data lineage tracking Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Master Data management Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for Master Data management Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize Master Data requirements Provide training and support to ensure successful implementation of Master Data solutions
