Operation Manager - Transfer to Romania

Plax Group, a leading company in plastic component production, is looking for an Operation Manager for its Romanian office. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to relocate and contribute to the company's expansion in the local market.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise daily operational activities with department heads.
• Ensure production targets are met while respecting quality, cost, and efficiency standards.
• Monitor productive performances and propose improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Manage costs and variances compared to standard costs.
• Prioritize and supervise machine maintenance programs.
• Supervise warehouse management and production planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor and supervise warehouse, transportation, and raw material supply activities.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role.
• Ability to manage resources and leadership attitude.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of computer systems, particularly ERP and Excel.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Familiarity with Italian culture and willingness to relocate to Romania.
