For the exclusive care and operational further development of a long-term Großprojekt im Verteidigungsbereich (Defense / sicherheitskritischer Sektor), we are looking for a strong-willed Operation Manager (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time.

Aufgaben

Your tasks with us

In this role, you will take on central operational responsibility for implementing the defined customer project. You will work directly on site with the local management, senior staff and teams to ensure that structures are optimized sustainably and measures are consistently implemented.

• Operative Projektsteuerung vor Ort: You are the face of Impuls HRK at the customer's premises and drive the project forward actively in everyday business.
• Prozess- und Strukturoptimierung: Analysis of existing workflows at the customer's premises, as well as the direct introduction and consolidation of new organizational and leadership structures.
• Führungskräfte-Begleitung: Guidance and coaching of senior staff at the customer's premises to anchor new standards measurably.
• Schnittstellenkommunikation: Conducting clarification and development conversations on all hierarchical levels, maintaining absolute professionalism and discretion.
• KPI- & Reporting-Strukturen: Building and maintaining transparent key figure and reporting systems to measure the project's success, as well as creating status updates for management.

You are an absolutely structured organization type with a strong sense of quality, who also keeps track in a strictly regulated environment, speaks his mind and delivers results.

• Berufserfahrung: Funded experience in Operations Management, (Large-)Project Management, Change Management or in an operational leadership role – ideally with touchpoints to highly structured industries (e.g. Defense, Rüstungsindustrie, Luftfahrt, Automotive or Behörden).
• Sicherheitsüberprüfung: As it is a project in the defense sector, willingness and suitability for conducting a Sicherheitsüberprüfung (SÜ) are mandatory prerequisites.
• Know-how: Deep understanding of complex corporate processes, clear hierarchies and key figure-based control.
• Persönlichkeit: Absolute discretion, loyalty, a sovereign appearance on C-Level and the ability to accompany people through change processes.
• Arbeitsweise: Extremely self-reliant, analytical and pragmatic in implementation.
• Mobilität & Tools: Secure handling of digital PM tools, driver's license class B and willingness to be present on site at the customer (DACH region).
