We are currently looking for our future Kitchen Team Leader for our Restoroute Rose de la Broye located in Lully.

Your mission within Autogrill:

• Welcome customers, show them to a table, and advise them
• Present the menu and drinks list, suggest dishes, advise on a wine suitable for the ordered dish
• Take the order and transmit it to the kitchen staff
• Bring the dishes and ensure continuity of service
• Serve drinks regularly during the meal
• Service in accordance with Autogrill standards (always with a smile)
• Prepare the bill, present it, collect payment, and bid farewell to the customer
• Cleaning and tidying
• Compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
