Job Title and Role Purpose: OPERATION MANAGER We are looking for a professional with consolidated experience in managing operations in industrial contexts, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector. The role involves comprehensive supervision of productive and logistical activities, with direct responsibility for planning, organizing departments, and optimizing workflows. The Operation Manager will be responsible for coordinating resources, monitoring performance, and defining operational strategies aimed at achieving efficiency, quality, and safety goals. The figure will be a reference point for the company's management, with a key role in managing operations and promoting continuous improvement projects.
