Operation Management Trainee

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations of the atrium
• Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with government regulations
• Handle queries and requests from tenants, customers, and cleaners
• Conduct routine hygiene and inventory checks at outlets
• Perform regular cash audits to ensure adherence to Cash Control Policy
• Assist with virtual food delivery orders from various platforms
• Maintain high standards of outlet aesthetics and staff grooming
• Act as the point of contact for external contractors and suppliers
• Recommend and implement process improvements
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor Degree in any field.
• Able to work on rotational shift (F&B Industry).
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply。
• Malaysian only.

Job Summary:

•     Basic $3200 - 3300

•     Island Wide

•     VB

•     No Experience Needed!!!

•     Rotating Shift

o     8.00am – 4.00pm

o     11.00am – 7.00pm

o     3.00pm – 11.00pm
