This is what you will do with us:

• P&L responsibility for property management of technical and infrastructural facility management, central point of contact for customers, contract partners, and authorities
• Responsibility for maintenance, inspection, and repair of technical systems in the managed properties
• Management and scheduling of the technical and infrastructural team, including appraisals, absence, and travel expense processes
• Support of the Head of Region in disciplinary matters as well as budget planning, control, and monitoring
• Advising the client on optimizing building operations and ensuring agreed service levels / KPIs
• Management and instruction of external service providers on safety regulations, quality, and performance control, including acceptance of subcontracts
• Responsibility for occupational safety, compliance with legal requirements, standards, and guidelines, as well as warranty tracking
• Assumption of operator responsibility (safety and QM inspections, traffic safety obligations) and supervision of audits and acceptances

This is what we expect from you:

• Completed university degree in business administration or engineering and several years of relevant professional experience, or a master craftsman/technician or many years of relevant professional experience
• Comprehensive knowledge in the field of Facility Management
• Very good German and ideally good English skills, both written and spoken
• High reliability, accuracy, and a strong awareness of quality and costs
• Strong customer and service orientation, confident and convincing demeanor
• Independent, self-directed, and systematic way of working with organizational skills
• Assertiveness, flexibility, teamwork ability, and high commitment/resilience
• Strong social skills, conflict resolution, and motivation skills
• Identification with company goals and values, high initiative, and cooperation skills
• Personal mobility and driver's license class B
