Operation Head

Objective Ensure the correct execution and continuous improvement of casting manufacturing processes in the automotive industry, guaranteeing compliance with safety, quality, cost, environmental, and customer service standards. Foster a strong culture of safety, operational discipline, and teamwork aligned with Nemak's core values. Main Responsibilities Ensure safe and efficient casting operations in full alignment with HSE standards to achieve zero-accident performance. Supervise and coordinate the activities of production teams to ensure compliance with established procedures and protocols. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential risks and opportunities for improvement. Ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with Nemak's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure progress towards goals and objectives. Identify and capitalize on best practices and innovations within the industry to drive continuous improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including production teams, quality control, and maintenance personnel. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their understanding of processes, procedures, and expectations. Ensure that all activities are conducted in a manner consistent with Nemak's values and principles.
