Job Title: Operations Customer Expert II Location: Chennai Employment Type: Full Time (On-site) Department: Finance / Accounts Receivable About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive O2C Collections Specialist to join our Finance team. This role is critical in managing the end-to-end collections process, ensuring timely receipt of customer payments, and maintaining healthy cash flow. You’ll be the key liaison between internal teams and external customers, driving resolution of disputes and issues related to customer payments. Your expertise will help us maintain a positive relationship with our customers, ensuring their needs are met while also meeting our business objectives.
