OPERATION ASSISTANT FOR PRODUCTION - RUBBER SECTOR

Ali Spa Ali Agency for Labor Spa, branch of Seriate, seeks an important company operating in the rubber-plastic sector, located in the Castelli Calepio area, A/AN OPERATOR ASSISTANT FOR THE STAMPING OF RUBBER. The candidate will perform activities related to production, taking care of: - Management of stamping machines for the production of rubber sheets. - Quality control of finished products, monitoring parameters such as thickness, dimensions, and appearance. - Use of presses and molds to shape final products. - Good knowledge of injection and compression presses. Requirements: - Previous experience in the rubber-plastic sector. - Availability to work on three shifts, from Monday to Friday. - Preferably holding a mallet patent. - Teamwork attitude. - Precision, reliability, and problem-solving ability. A contract is offered for an initial period of time, with the aim of indefinite employment. Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week on three shifts.
