- Hold a State Diploma in Nursing and ideally a complementary training in operating room nursing

- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and stress management in an operating room environment

- Show excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

- Demonstrate the ability to make quick and effective decisions during interventions

- Be flexible and adapt to 12-hour working hours with possible on-call duties
