Operating Room Assistant / Aesthetic Surgery Anesthesia

• Adhere to internal protocols and guidelines for operating room attire and procedures.
• Welcome patients into the operating room, verify their files, and prepare them both mentally and physically for surgery according to the surgeon's instructions.
• Prepare the necessary equipment, instruments, and materials for scheduled procedures.
• Use disinfectants appropriately, understanding their spectrum of action, concentration, and usage methods.
• Ensure proper preparation of instruments for sterilization, following all necessary steps for cleaning.
• Record material and medication usage, as well as medical procedures and maneuvers, in the patient's electronic file.

We are looking for candidates with:

• Specialized studies: Graduate of Post-Secondary Health School or Faculty of Midwives and Medical Assistants.
• Valid practice authorization and malpractice insurance.
• Experience as a circulating nurse or surgical instrument nurse in aesthetic surgery is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and patient-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a team, organization, adaptability, promptness, and commitment to assigned tasks.
• A positive and professional attitude towards patients and colleagues.
