As an operator/trice in micromechanics 2x8 CDM to 100%, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our microsystem production processes. Your tasks will include: • Operating and maintaining precision machinery, including CNC machines and manual tools; • Conducting quality control checks on microsystems and components; • Collaborating with the micromechanics team to develop and improve manufacturing processes; • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency; • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations and standards. To succeed in this role, you will need: • A degree in micromechanics or a related field; and/or relevant experience in precision mechanics or manufacturing; • Strong knowledge of microsystem design and production processes; • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Fluency in French (written and spoken).
