Manpower For our client, a private biopharmaceutical company active in the fields of reproductive health, urology, gastro-enterology, endocrinology, and orthopedics, we are looking for an individual: Within the Packaging sector (tablets and granules), you will be responsible for ensuring various production operations, applying regulations, hygiene and safety rules, and procedures. Your responsibilities: - Perform packaging operations - Know, respect, and ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMP/BPF) and safety (HSE) - Know the methods, procedures, and objectives related to the line - Perform various non-production-related tasks - Ensure equipment supply with products and components - Participate in line cleaning and reconciliation according to procedures (SOPs) - Perform basic technical interventions in case of malfunction and ensure preventive maintenance at level 1. - Stay informed about production results compared to quality, quantity, and safety targets (KPI) - Realize recurrent controls (IPC) on-line and replace documentation - Perform any other occasional task related to the activity sector and your area of expertise - Perform basic technical interventions (self-maintenance) - Use computer tools (ERP, Scada, Vision Systems?) - Respect and support respect for health/safety/environment rules. - Make any proposal for improvement regarding our methods and procedures Your profile: - Minimum 3 years of experience in pharma, agro-food, or cosmetics mandatory - Knowledge of cGMP norms - Computer knowledge (MS Office, ERP) - Native French speaker or excellent mastery of this language - Good writing and communication skills - Enthusiastic, excellent team player - Precise, rigorous, constant - Proactive, result-oriented - Flexible (work hours 3*8) Temporary contract Location .
