Precision Assembler (H/F/X)

Our client, a specialized manufacturer of high-value-added parts, located near Brussels, is seeking a Precision Assembler to strengthen their current team.

Vos missions seront de :

• Manually clean optical components according to strict procedures before assembly
• Manipulate small-sized optical and electronic parts with high precision
• Assemble technical sub-assemblies by fine and repetitive gestures in a controlled environment
• Perform alignment, centering, and fine adjustment operations using dedicated tools
• Apply defined torque values and use adhesives according to validated instructions
• Handle sensitive components in strict compliance with cleanliness rules
• Conduct visual and functional checks during assembly to ensure quality
• Record control results to ensure traceability of operations
• Identify any anomalies or defects and report them immediately according to internal procedures
• Participate progressively in the ramp-up of an assembly line in a startup phase
• Document production records and tracking supports with rigor
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment conforming to standards

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :

• Diplôme : CESS or equivalent experience
• Expérience : First experience equivalent in a similar function

Hard Skills : Experience in sewing, jewelry-making, watchmaking, fine assembly, manual dexterity, …

Softs Skills souhaités :

o Rigor and precision

o Ability to follow procedures

o Team spirit in an industrial environment
