Proven experience in CNC setting (watchmaking, mechanics, or microtechnology)
Proficiency in control tools and reading plans
Team spirit, precision, autonomy, and sense of responsibility
Available quickly, motivated, and ready to take on a new challenge Setting, setup, and production monitoring on CNC machines
Dimensional and aesthetic control of parts
Tool corrections, parameter optimization, and quality maintenance
Active participation in continuous improvement and the smooth operation of the workshop
