Manpower, in the context of a temporary mission, is seeking for a watch manufacturer located in the upper canton of Neuchâtel, a / an: Laser Electrical Welding Operator (H/F) Your missions: - Perform laser electrical welding operations on watch dials. - Adjust welding parameters (power, duration, focus). - Position and align components with very high precision under magnification. - Ensure mechanical integrity and aesthetic appearance of welds. - Respect quality and safety procedures. - Ensure cleaning and maintenance of tools and workstation. Your profile: - Experience in precise welding (laser, electrical, micro-welding). - Very good manual dexterity and gesture stability. - Very good visual acuity and hand-eye coordination. - Experience working with binoculars is essential. - Strong concentration, rigor, and gesture stability Your application: We look forward to receiving your application!
