Manpower, as part of a temporary mission, is seeking for a watch manufacturer located in the upper canton of Neuchâtel, a male or female: Soleillage Operator - Decoration (H/F) Vos missions: - Perform semi-automatic soleillage operations with 4 positions on a rolling plate. - Position the piece with precision and ensure proper centering. - Adjust machine or tool parameters (pressure, speed, abrasive). - Control aesthetic aspect: regularity of traits, depth, brilliance. - Ensure cleaning and maintenance of tools and workstation. Votre profil: - Experience in surface decoration, soleillage. - Keen sense of detail and visual regularity. - Rigor, patience, and concentration.
