Synthesis Operator In the context of the development of the activities of one of our clients, we are looking for a Synthesis Operator to join our production teams in the canton of Vaud. You will be involved in chemical synthesis operations in a controlled environment, in strict compliance with quality, safety, and GMP procedures. Synthesis Operator Your missions Perform chemical synthesis operations according to established procedures Operate and monitor production equipment (reactors, associated installations) Perform weighing, loading, reactions, and transfers Accurately complete production documentation (batch records) Apply GMP / BPF, HSE, and quality rules Participate in the cleaning of installations and first-level maintenance Report any deviation, anomaly, or non-conformity Your profile Previous experience in Pharma, Medical Devices, in a cleanroom environment requested Experience in weighing, mixing requested. Knowledge of GMP / BPF appreciated Comfortable with quality documentation Rigor, team spirit, sense of responsibility Good understanding of French (oral and written)
