PRODUCTION OPERATOR (M/F)

We are looking for a Production Operator (M/F) on behalf of our client, a historic and recognized industrial player for its expertise committed to quality and innovation. Within the workshop, you will hold a key position combining on-site rigor and computer monitoring. Reporting to the Team Leader, your main tasks consist of: - Data entry & Flow monitoring: You will ensure rigorous recording of quantities and production data on the ERP tool (SAP) and on Excel. - Counting and inventory: You will perform precise counting of products to ensure perfect stock conformity. - Strict Quality Control & Alert: You will carry out meticulous visual and technical inspection of parts. In case of detected non-conformity, you will scrupulously follow the procedure: isolation and removal of the defective product, and immediate alert to the Workshop Manager. Working conditions and hours Work position: The job is performed exclusively standing, requiring constant dynamism. Schedule rhythm: Day shift for the first day and then 2x8 shift (2-week cycle): Morning: Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Friday: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM Evening: Monday to Thursday: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Remuneration: Minimum wage + shift bonuses + meal vouchers Skills and aptitudes: - You demonstrate an excellent ability to grasp production instructions and safety procedures. - Good computer literacy is essential: proficiency in Excel tools and/or an ERP system (ideally SAP) is a major asset for data entry.
