Production Operator | 3 breaks | Braine-l'Alleud

In the Braine-l’Alleud region, we are looking for several experienced Production Operators to join our team. You will be the essential element of the company and play a key role in the production and packaging of spices. Your mission: - Manage a production line, set up machines and ensure their proper functioning. - Effectively coordinate with your colleagues to achieve optimal results. - Ensure the quality of products and maintain a clean and organized workspace. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and increase efficiency. - Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues that may arise. - Develop and implement new procedures to improve productivity and reduce waste. - Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability. - Provide support to colleagues as needed. - Maintain a positive attitude and be open to learning and growth. - Be available for occasional overtime or weekend work if necessary. - Take breaks every 3 hours to rest and recharge. - Enjoy a dynamic and fast-paced environment with opportunities for professional development.
