Job description
Context:
ENSTA, an institution of higher education and research under the authority of the Ministry of Armed Forces, develops training, research, and innovation activities in the fields of defense and security, transportation, energy, maritime activities, digital technology, and health.
The school, present on two campuses, in Paris-Saclay and Brest, is a member of the Institut Polytechnique de Paris. Ranked in the Top 10 of the best engineering schools in France, its mission is:
the training of civil and military engineering students, managers, and PhDs for the public and private sectors,
high-level research and innovation in close relation with industry in key sovereign sectors within 6 training and research units (UFR).
Within the General Directorate of Services, the Real Estate Support and Heritage Division (DSPI), based on the Paris-Saclay campus, composed of 14 agents, is organized around 3 activity poles: "Real Estate Heritage", "Security-Safety", and "Activity Support". The "Activity Support" and "Real Estate Heritage" poles are each managed by a head, who is also the deputy head of the division.
The logistics operator, assigned to the "Activity Support" pole (PSA), is placed under the hierarchical authority of the Deputy Head of the DSPI, in charge of this same pole.
They will participate in the pole's missions that contribute to the smooth running of the school, the continuation of its activities, and the satisfaction of its users...
Main Missions / Activities:
Placed under the authority of the Deputy Head of the DSPI, head of the “Activity Support” pole, the holder of the position is responsible for:
Logistics Support:
Provide logistics support for the preparation of lecture halls and classrooms for exams, competitions, oral defenses, and thesis defenses
Respond to ad hoc requests concerning minor adjustments (fixing a board, key box, small DIY tasks...)
Contribute to logistics activities involving handling, for example, in the context of furniture management and assembly, event preparation, thesis room preparation....
Daily Preparation of Classrooms:
Resetting rooms, erasing whiteboards, checking for the presence of supplies (chalk, markers, brushes/erasers, etc.), and if necessary, transmit the list of necessary supplies to the training department;
Verify the presence and connection of IT equipment
Ancillary Missions / Activities:
In case of service necessity, carry out all ad hoc actions and missions necessary for the smooth running of the Division
Contribute to the Quality approach, particularly through drafting and updating procedures, and by providing and monitoring indicators
Directly ensure or oversee the implementation of facility monitoring and implement the Establishment's policy in the areas of prevention: hygiene, safety, and environment (HSE).
Contribute to the School's CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) approach within the framework of its missions and activities
Specifics of the Position:
The preparation of classrooms and lecture halls before the start of classes requires an adjustment of working hours. Working hours are set from 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM from Monday to Thursday and from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM on Friday (including a 51-minute lunch break).
The risks to which the agent may be exposed are defined in the single document for the assessment of occupational risks (DUERP).
Position open to candidates:
Civil servant of category C
Contract employee (permanent position, fixed-term contract of 1 to 3 years renewable, possibility of permanent contract after 2 years of fixed-term contract)
Desired duration of assignment: 3 to 5 years
Planned start date: as soon as possible
Remuneration:
Civil servants: according to statutory conditions (pay scale, IFSE, CIA)
Contract employees: based on professional experience in equivalent-level positions

Full-time position based on a weekly duration of 39 hours (25 days of annual leave, 23 RTT days annually)

It is implementing a new unified engineering program across both campuses (Paris-Saclay and Brest) for the academic year 2026/2027.
