Your Tasks

As an Operations Manager in Metering Operations, you are the central point of contact between your team, internal specialist departments, grid operators, and customers. You manage operational processes, continuously develop them, and ensure that our metering operations run smoothly.

• Operational leadership of the team in metering operations as well as ensuring smooth daily business.

• Coordination of collaboration with grid operators, authorities, and internal teams to implement legal and operational requirements.

• Analysis of relevant KPIs, management of the team based on defined goals, and ensuring high process quality.

• Continuous optimization of processes and tools, as well as implementation of improvement measures with a trial-and-error mentality.

• Ensuring the compatibility of legal requirements, energy industry market processes, and company goals.

Your Profile

• Ideally, professional experience in the energy market

• Strong problem-solving skills and enjoyment in actively improving processes.

• Knowledge of energy industry processes, especially WiM, GPKE, and MSB change processes, is an advantage

• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when dealing with internal and external contacts

• High sense of responsibility, resilience, and strong decision-making ability in a dynamic environment
