Assembly Workers

The position involves carrying out assembly and warehousing tasks in an industrial production environment. The main activities include material handling, the use of manual and electric tools such as drills and riveting guns, and participation in the assembly process of furniture and other products. Handling internal transport equipment, such as forklifts and overhead cranes, to supply production lines and store materials according to established technical specifications is essential. Another essential task is reading and interpreting technical drawings, which serve as a guide for the manufacturing process and for making necessary adjustments, thus ensuring the correct execution of the work. Furthermore, self-quality controls using appropriate measuring tools are required, which guarantees that the final products meet the required standards. Personnel must maintain a high level of organization and precision in all tasks to ensure efficiency and safety in the work environment. Proper time and resource management is key to the smooth operation of the production line. This role demands a proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to different tasks according to current needs, whether performing assembly laborer functions or warehouse worker duties when not operating specific machinery. The work takes place in a dynamic environment where teamwork is fundamental to achieving production goals. The company provides initial training to familiarize employees with processes and equipment, ensuring all workers have the necessary knowledge to perform their duties safely and effectively.
The contract will be made directly through the company. A completely free company bus service is offered for transportation and medical service. The work schedule includes an initial two-week training period on rotating morning and afternoon shifts, after which a definitive schedule will be assigned which may be a rotating morning/afternoon schedule or a fixed night shift depending on needs. Shifts are 8 hours: morning shift from 07:00 to 15:00, afternoon shift from 15:00 to 23:00, and night shift from 23:00 to 07:00.
