Automotive Operators

Personnel are sought to work in the automotive sector, carrying out production and assembly tasks in an industrial plant located in Aguilar de Campoo, Palencia. The main functions include participating in assembly lines, handling parts and components, and collaborating with tasks assigned by the line manager, all under supervision to meet quality standards. Daily work involves handling tools and equipment specific to the assembly line, paying attention to detail to correctly place elements and detect possible defects. You will be part of a team, coordinating with colleagues to maintain the flow of the production process. The activity is physical and takes place in an environment where safety is a priority, so established protocols must be followed. Previous experience in industrial or automotive environments is valued. Availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) is necessary. Individuals with teamwork skills, discipline, and commitment are sought. The company will provide the necessary training for the job functions. The contract is temporary and full-time.
