Operator - American Shift

The position is developed in an industrial manufacturing environment within the paper sector. The main functions consist of handling and preparing materials using different loading and transport equipment. The work requires a proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment where safety and precision are fundamental. The role is essential to maintain the fluidity of the production line, ensuring that materials are available at the right time and place. Teamwork is a basic pillar, coordinating with other departments to meet established objectives. The environment is physical and demands a commitment to industrial safety and hygiene standards. Shift rotation implies adaptability to different schedules, contributing to the operational continuity of the facility. Initiative to improve processes and the ability to meticulously follow technical instructions will be positively valued. Complementary internal training will be provided to ensure mastery of plant-specific equipment and procedures. The salary is set at 11.80 euros gross per hour, supplemented by other additional bonuses. The work schedule is rotating from Monday to Sunday, covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts. The contract complies with the current regulations of the applicable sector agreement. The location of the workplace is in an industrial estate with adequate facilities.
