Production Supervisor
Job description
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations in the warehouse and production line. Their main functions include managing the inflow and outflow of merchandise, ensuring an efficient and orderly logistical flow. They must also guarantee the correct stocking of both raw materials and the final product, optimizing space utilization and maintaining accurate inventory. In the production area, the role involves the formulation, packaging, labeling, and palletizing of chemical products, strictly adhering to the established daily plan. It is essential that the operator verifies and maintains order and cleanliness in the work area, following safety and hygiene protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe productive environment. The handling of specific production equipment and tools is a key part of the role, requiring technical knowledge and attention to detail. The ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions is essential to meet production goals and established procedures. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in a dynamic industrial environment, where precision and efficiency are fundamental values. The position offers direct incorporation into the company with an estimated annual salary between 23,000 and 24,000 euros, depending on merit. The work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 18:00 and Friday from 08:00 to 15:00, totaling 40 hours per week. From San Juan until mid-September, an intensive schedule from 8:00 to 15:00 hours is applied.
