Job description
The industrial operator position requires active participation in the different stages of the production process within a factory environment. Key responsibilities include receiving materials, their handling, preparation, and proper placement for subsequent use on the production line. Tasks related to basic maintenance and general cleaning of the work area are performed, ensuring that the machinery and equipment involved in manufacturing are kept in optimal conditions of hygiene and operation. This is fundamental to guaranteeing the safety of all workers and the continuous quality of the manufactured products. Additionally, the operator is responsible for loading and unloading raw materials, as well as finished products, using established procedures for safe and efficient handling. The work is carried out in various areas of the plant, which involves operating different types of machines and tools under supervision, adapting to the specific needs of each sector or production line. The role is dynamic and requires constant attention to detail to prevent errors and maintain an uninterrupted workflow. Collaboration with the rest of the team is an essential pillar for achieving daily and weekly production goals, fostering a coordinated work environment. Compliance with all industrial safety regulations and current quality protocols in each of the assigned tasks is prioritized.
The position is offered under a three-shift rotating schedule, which includes morning shift, afternoon shift, and night shift. This rotation is a fundamental part of the plant's work organization and requires adaptability from the employee. The company provides the necessary personal protective equipment to perform the functions safely. Salary conditions will be adjusted to the candidate's experience and the applicable industrial sector collective agreement in the province of Córdoba.
