Extrusion and Molding Operator

Job description

In Alcácer, personnel are needed to work in extrusion and molding operations within an industrial environment. The main functions include operating specialized machinery to mold parts according to technical specifications, transforming materials into finished products. Constant monitoring of equipment is required to ensure the quality and efficiency of the process. Daily tasks involve adjusting operational parameters according to material or design, detecting and correcting molding defects to reduce waste, and optimizing cycle times. Cleaning and basic maintenance of the machines are also carried out, maintaining a safe and orderly work environment. The ability to work in a team, communicate anomalies on the production line, and adapt to rotating shifts is valued.
