Self-Control Operator

Job description

We are selecting personnel to work as a self-control operator in a food industry company based in Catarroja. The main tasks include supporting the self-control system (HACCP), supervising that production records and in-line controls are correctly completed to maintain traceability, detecting possible incidents or deviations and communicating them to the corresponding manager, controlling process parameters such as dates, batches, and temperatures, and reviewing the cleaning and disinfection of lines and facilities. The initial contract is temporary, with the possibility of becoming permanent depending on performance. Rotational shifts of morning and afternoon are worked, and occasionally nights as well during periods of high production. The company offers a positive work environment and is in continuous growth.
