Job description
The position of plant operator is part of the production process in the canning sector, in an industrial environment where quality and hygiene are essential for the final result. The work is done in a team, with constant communication between its members to achieve daily production goals. The selected person will be responsible for tasks related to the packaging and conditioning line for seafood products. The work pace is continuous and adjusted to the plant's production cycles, therefore attention to detail and commitment to established procedures are required. The position is developed under a rotating shift system that alternates two weeks on the morning shift with one week on the afternoon shift. Joining involves adapting to a work culture based on cooperation and respect for food safety and hygiene regulations. Performance contributes to maintaining the quality standards of the final products, ensuring they meet the necessary specifications for their distribution and consumption.
