Summary

Support the fulfillment of Production plans and maintenance programs of your technological family, supporting the manufacturing technologist in the operation, maintenance, and control of the equipment under your responsibility within your line or process, and assuming the coverage of their functions in certain cases. All of the above, guaranteeing compliance with Safety, Inocuidad (Food Safety), Quality, and Environmental standards, adhering to applicable norms and/or techniques in your area.

Responsibilities

1 Ensures personal compliance with the health and safety measures established by the company, in order to prevent and avoid accidents that put physical integrity at risk.

2 Provides and guarantees the existence of the necessary inputs in their line or process, maintaining order and cleanliness in the assigned area, in order to ensure process continuity and compliance with quality and food safety standards.

3 Executes cleanings in their area such as: equipment, machinery, walls, and floors, etc., following defined instructions, using corresponding implements and safety equipment, in order to comply with food safety and hygiene standards and maintain the area in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness to ensure the correct performance of activities and product quality.

4 Knows the technical characteristics, operation, critical control points of the equipment assigned in the line or process, according to the scope defined by the Cell Specialist, in order to execute the correct operation of the equipment and provide adequate support to their technologist.

5 Attends and collaborates punctually in production startups and scheduled maintenance activities, together with their technologist, in order to guarantee that startups are executed under the programmed conditions and times.

6 Supports the technologist in the execution of preventive and/or corrective maintenance according to work orders, providing tools, performing small tests, cleaning the area, among others.

7 Performs the reception of necessary inputs for the execution of activities within their line or process, in order to guarantee the continuity and flow of operations.

8 Supports the Technologist in the continuous operation of the assigned equipment, through inspections and/or visual reviews according to instructions, ensuring their correct functioning.

9 Collaborates and supports in the execution of autonomous maintenance activities programmed by the Manufacturing Specialist, in order to maintain optimal equipment performance.

10 Contributes to maintaining the reliability of the assigned equipment, operating them correctly and supporting the Manufacturing Technologist in the correction of faults and/or in the fulfillment and execution of the Maintenance program.

11 Participates in format changes, ensuring they are carried out safely, on time, effectively, and with quality.

12 Strictly complies with the training, education, and certification program required for their position, with the objective of staying updated and with the knowledge required for the correct operation of their equipment and/or processes.

13 Performs cleaning with the frequency and effectiveness defined in the process instructions, in order to guarantee a process that adheres to norms and is based on defined standards.

14 Complies with the Safety, Food Safety, Quality, and Environmental norms and procedures applicable to their process, in order to guarantee the conclusion of their process without any impact or deviation from defined standards.
