**Job Description Summary**
We are looking for a Sterilization Operator responsible and meticulous to join our team. The Sterilization Operator will be responsible for contributing to the correct execution of the sterilization process of products manufactured in the plant, following strictly established procedures and quality and safety requirements.
**Job Description**
**Responsibilities**
+ Control equipment sterilization and air circulation in collaboration with the Sterilization Engineer and Maintenance Supervisor.
+ Communicate to the sterilization team any anomaly or incident detected in equipment or facilities.
+ Execute sterilization cycles according to planned schedules and approved procedures.
+ Perform operations of loading and unloading equipment, as well as material movements within the sterilization area.
+ Inform the Technical Responsible of any incident during cycle development and collaborate in investigating non-conformities.
+ Collect and review graphs and records of each sterilization cycle, as well as product files, completing established records and submitting them to the Technical Responsible and/or Sterilization Engineer.
+ Manage the sending of biological indicators to the laboratory and, in the absence of specific personnel, activate and incubate them.
+ Collaborate in validating the sterilization process.
+ Participate in data registration for trend analysis.
+ Execute cleaning tasks within the sterilization area according to current procedures.
**Requirements**
+ Secondary Education (ESO).
+ Previous experience in equipment and industrial machinery management.
+ Knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office).
+ Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
+ Attention to detail, rigor, and teamwork capacity.
+ Responsibility and commitment to quality and safety.
+ Availability to work shifts (morning, afternoon, night), as well as potentially weekends.

+ Forklift operator's permit
Ranging salary for the position: EUR 23,000 - 26,500
