WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU: Heavy Equipment Operator (Bulldozer or Crawler Tractor)

Your main mission will be to operate the crawler tractor / bulldozer safely and efficiently (and provide support on other quarry equipment) to perform the movement, extraction, cutting, pushing, and transportation of material in the quarry and clay areas, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Your main challenges will be:

• Ensure the availability and constant flow of raw material (limestone and clay) to the cement plant.
• Maintain mining faces, haul roads, and yards in optimal conditions for circulation and safety for the fleet.
• Perform rigorous pre-operational inspections (checking oil levels, coolant, and hydraulic system) to prevent failures, reduce downtime, and optimize fuel consumption.
• Work under a rotating shift schedule (day and evening) and perform duties in an open-pit field exposed to variable weather conditions (heat, rain, dust).

Work location: Macuspana Cement Plant (quarry area)

Rotating schedule: Rotating shifts (06:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m. and 02:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.).

Essential requirements:

• Education: primary or secondary education completed.
• Experience: minimum 5 years of verifiable experience operating a crawler tractor / bulldozer in open-pit mines, aggregate/limestone quarries, or large heavy construction projects.

Technical knowledge:

• Cutting, pushing, leveling, and shaping benches and roads with a bulldozer.
• Execution of checklists and pre-operational inspections of heavy machinery.
• Industrial safety regulations in open-pit mining, use of PPE, and LOTO protocol.
