Packaging and Sorting Operator – Metal Sector (Sax)

The position focuses on essential tasks within the production process of the metallurgical sector, specifically in aluminum. The main functions include packaging aluminum profiles, with attention to detail to protect them during transport and storage. Material sorting and organization are also carried out, ensuring that different types of profiles are kept ordered and locatable. Another key responsibility is the stacking and preparation of products for dispatch, which involves careful handling and the use of specific equipment to optimize space and fulfill orders. The operation of an overhead crane for material movement is an important aspect of the job, therefore safe and efficient operation of this machinery is required. Quality and safety standards must be strictly adhered to, promoting a risk-free work environment and maintaining product integrity. Possession of the 20-hour metal diploma, which certifies specific safety training for the sector, is positively valued. The location is in Sax, Alicante, with a stable and structured work environment. The workday is full-time, with rotating shifts in the morning, afternoon, and night from Monday to Friday. The base salary is 11.36 euros gross per hour, with an approximate monthly calculation based on 20 working days, supplemented by a bonus for night work and the corresponding settlement. The initial contract is temporary, with the possibility of consolidation into the team dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of aluminum products.
