Job description
The position focuses on supervising and verifying quality at different manufacturing stages. The main functions include systematically taking samples at critical points in the process, performing analyses and controls to ensure that products meet the defined technical specifications. Additionally, the professional must rigorously record and update all data obtained, as well as any detected incidents, using the computer tools provided by the company to maintain an accurate and up-to-date history. Another fundamental responsibility is the continuous verification of compliance with hygiene, food or industrial safety, and final product integrity standards, preventing deviations that could affect quality. The role involves close and direct collaboration with the plant's operational team, facilitating communication to resolve incidents in real-time and thus ensuring an optimal and uninterrupted production flow. The ultimate goal is to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, proposing adjustments based on the collected data, and ensuring that all production conforms to the high quality and safety standards established by the organization.
