Textile Production Worker
Job description
The position consists of operating basic and auxiliary textile machinery within the assembly line. The tasks cover the assembly, sewing, finishing, and inspection of textile garments and pieces, ensuring compliance with the technical specifications established for each product. Constant visual inspection must be carried out to detect any quality defects, such as flaws, loose threads, or imperfections in the seams, maintaining strict control over the final result.
Furthermore, personnel are responsible for classifying, folding, labeling, and packing the finished product, keeping pace with the line's production rhythm and adhering to packaging standards. Maintaining the work area is fundamental, so its cleanliness and organization must be guaranteed at all times. This includes adherence to all current industrial safety regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for the entire team. The role is integral and demands attention to detail and diligence in each phase of the production process. Adaptability to different stages of the assembly line and the ability to work in a team are key aspects for operational efficiency. The function contributes directly to the production flow, from material handling to product preparation for distribution, ensuring that each unit meets quality criteria before leaving the plant. The work schedule is rotating, covering morning shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and afternoon shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The workday is Monday to Friday, with weekends consistently free.
